You would need to go to your nearest Gauteng Department of Local Government and Housing (GDoLGH) branch and request the relevant forms over there and find out if you qualify. The address for the head office of GDoLGH is: Bank of Lisbon Building, 37 Sauer Street, Corner Market and Sauer, Marshalltown, Johannesburg. Or alternatively the West Rand Regional Office, whose address is: Mogale City Regional Office (Krugersdorp), Lubners Building, 57 Corner Kruger and Burger Street, Krugersdorp. There are also other regional and satellite offices from which the forms could be obtained, depending on where you stay and which is most convenient for you.
