Over 100 000m² of business opportunities are planned over 3 phases as demand for shopping facilities increases.  The first phase of the Regional Mall is envisaged to be in the region of 40 000m² and targeted for launch during 2017.  Subsequent phases will include big box retail and motor related trade.
