Phase 2 Subsidised House Construction kicked off!

The Phase 2 house construction has commenced. The photos below shows the progress made

18 local contractors are currently working on site.

The target for before the end of the year is to have 120 rafts constructed, 60 house structures completed and 40 roofs erected.

I want to findout about the houses that will be build for military veterand as to where exactly in Westonaria and when is the possible occupation date. Im asking because I was phoned by the department of military veterans and I choosed the Westonaria and I want to have time to look for school for my daughter before relocating. And hoping my request will be highly considered.

Thank you for your query.
Agreements are currently being put in place for military veteran housing within the Westonaria Borwa Development. Work on these houses have not yet commenced. Sites for the military veteran houses have been allocated in the first phase of the Development (already serviced stands).
We will update this aspect once more details are available.
