The construction of 189 units launched under the CCC has commenced!

A construction and materials manager has been appointed by Crimson King Developments to facilitate the construction of the houses under this initiative that will have to following benefits:

• Max SMME development
• Labour intensive methods
• 100% Local labour target
• Formal training programme

Site establishment has commenced and the community building contractors have been procured in coordination with the project principal CLO, Sisa Makaula.

The photos shown below were taken last week on site. Approximately 90 platforms have already been prepared thus far, and soon the construction of the concrete raft foundations will commence.
